Ward & Partners Auctioneers is an established firm of auctioneers which originally started trading in 1958. Ward & Partners Auction Division is a trading name of the Arun Estate Agencies Group which is the largest independent estate agency in the South East of England.

Run by David Allen, the Director for Auctions the Auction Team collectively has over 87 years Estate Agency and Auction experience.

We hold six auctions a year and annually catalogue around 350 Lots. Last year we achieved in excess of £35 million for our clients who have included companies, trusts, trustees, mortgagees, executors, solicitors. The Court of Protection, Power of Attorney representatives, receivers and private individuals alike.

For each auction, we print approximately 9000 full colour catalogues which are circulated using our extensive mailing register, and are available throughout our network of 120 offices and via telephone request using the priority catalogue hotline number. Each catalogue offers a wide variety of lots throughout Kent, Sussex and the South East, including vacant residential and commercial properties, many requiring improvement, renovation or repair. Other lots can include investment properties, freehold ground rents, garages, pubs, hotels, farms, amenity and development land with some of our more unusual lots previously being a castellated lodge, a disused railway bridge and even a beach hut with its own section of beach!
