Legal Packs On-Line
It is important that prospective purchasers read the legal documentation before bidding on a lot. This is because if you are successful and purchase the property you will have exchanged contracts and deemed to have read the legal documentation. The legal pack may include: Special Conditions of Sale, Official Copy Entries, Land Registry Plan, Lease (if appropriate), Local Authority search, Tenancy Agreements (if appropriate), Plans, Home Information Pack (where necessary).
How To Download A Legal Pack
To download the required legal pack, go to “Lots available at our next auction” on the auction homepage.
Find the desired lot and click on “More detail”
Click on “Download legal pack here”
This will then take you to the Auction Passport service.
In the bottom left corner of the screen you will see “click here for free sign up” (in blue) Click on this link.
Follow the on screen instructions and complete the registration.
An email will then be sent to you. Once you have received the email you will need to click on the link to complete the registration in full. You will only have to register once.
From then on, every time you click on the “download legal pack here” in the property details, you will be required to enter your email address and password, which are your login details. You will then be taken to the download page for that particular lot.
Please note: To download each individual legal pack there is a charge of £10 and you will need your card details ready. You will only be charged once per lot. You will be notified by email with any changes to the documentation or if new or additional documents are uploaded and you will not be charged for these.
