Nikki Burns
Senior Sales Manager

Nikki has worked for Ward and Partners for six years and currently holds the position of Senior Sales Manager in our Walderslade branch. This means getting involved in coaching staff, running morning meetings plus preparing figures and management reports in order to advise her branch manager and the senior management of key performance indicators. Nikki also attends properties to carry out valuations, negotiates offers on behalf of her clients and manages house sales, and believes that one of the reasons her job is so great is that every day is a different day.

Nikki started her career with Ward & Partners as a secretary but enjoyed watching the negotiations and realised a career in sales would suit her personality. Through her hard efforts and the training and development she has received Nikki has progressed through the career ladder from Negotiator, to Sales Advisor, to Senior Sales Consultant and Marketing Consultant before being promoted to Sales Manager. Nikki has won many prizes in recognition of her performance as Top Lister and because she regularly surpasses her targets; including a trip to Paris for winning the Top Quartiles for Sales and Listings!

Now undergoing Management Development training, Nikki is happy to work for a company that develops its personnel to the extent that Ward & Partners do and relishes that 6 years down the line she is still learning new things!
