I have always had an interest in properties so in May 2002 I decided to take a job as Trainee Sales Advisor for Ward and Partners. The job took my breath away; at first there was the intense classroom training, which was fantastic! I had never experienced such in depth training before. Then came the constant support, I have never known a company to take such interest in their staff. It was second to none!!!!

Over the years with hard work and determination I made my way up the sales career path to reach Senior Sales Consultant. With the support from my manager and area director I decided to take the next step into listings, where I become a marketing consultant. Throughout my career I moved to several different branches, from villages to towns. I feel this played a great part in my career as I learnt so much from the different managers I worked for.

In January 2007 a fantastic position became available with in our training department as a residential field trainer, which I jumped at the chance. I am a great believer in Ward and Partners training and couldn’t wait to be a part of it. There is nothing better than to be able to use everything I know to help other members of staff and encourage them to achieve their goals. This is one of the many reasons why I love my job so much!

So to anybody looking for a job in estate agency I would highly recommend Ward and Partners. You will get support from trainers, management and area directors to get you up the career ladder. I can’t say this for many other companies out there!!!!!
