Sales Manager

I joined Ward & Partners in 2007 via the Management Trainee scheme.  I came to the company from a retail background and the customer service experience I gained helped my progression together with the support and guidance of the in-house training department. 
 
Changing the direction of my career at the age of 30 was a hard decision to make. I enjoyed my previous employment but didn’t feel challenged or satisfied. I have always had an interest in the property market and wanted to know if I could turn that interest into something more – and what an experience it’s been!
 
Over the past 2 years I have progressed from a trainee sales advisors role to my current position of Sales Manager, this has allowed me to gather an excellent understanding of how the business works. I’ve worked in lots of different branches meeting allsorts of people and learning invaluable skills along the way.
 
I can honestly say that every day I face different challenges and learn something new. Its hard work but if you have passion, enthusiasm and drive the company will both support and reward you.
