I started my career working for Ward & Partners in 2004 with having already the drive and ambition to succeed, which Senior Management and the training department quickly turned into success, helping me develop within the company to become one of their top listers, also winning the award for Top Lister and Top Office 2008 in the entire Arun Estates group.

Working in a busy sales environment with targets to meet can be very stressful and sometimes you can lose focus, but with the support from the Field Trainers who work closely with Management to give you the help and support to push you in the right direction to achieve the best from you with their advice and experience when needed.

My current role means that sometimes you are working long hours on a daily basis, but with my drive to succeed never stopped me showing a client around a property or carrying out a valuation in my own time after work to make sure my targets are met, because I believe if you put the hard work in to be successful Ward & Partners do reward their staff with the next promotion and the package to match, so if you want to work for the best Estate Agency in Kent and are fed up with being a number, who deserves to be recognised for your drive to work hard and be successful, then Ward & Partners is the company for you.
