I joined Ward & Partners in January 2007 at the Gravesend office and progressed quickly from Trainee Sales Advisor to my present position as a Senior Sales Advisor thanks to the excellent training, support and encouragement that I received from my colleagues and all levels of management.  The work is both stimulating and challenging and I find it refreshing to be employed within a company where hard work is rewarded and appreciated.

To succeed in this profession you need to be competitive and motivated but in my office we also work as a team and consequently we have achieved excellent results.

Our company aim is to be the number one Estate Agent in every town and I am proud to say I believe we are.
