Having come from a background in management training and development, I was impressed right from the beginning of the recruitment process at the professional and structured approach the company adopts when taking on new starters.

After the Induction training week I was in at the deep end as a Sales Advisor and realised how fast paced the day is, registering applicants, arranging viewings & valuations, escorting viewings,as well as dealing with all the internet & general enquiries.

My training has been ongoing and the Regional Field Trainers visit the office regularly to coach and advise on improving personal performance as well as look at the longer term career development.

I have progressed through the office structure to the role of Marketing Consultant.  By constantly reviewing our range of property; going out to meet vendors at home and applicants on viewings; advising on the whole move within a changing market, as well as constantly looking for new opportunities in all areas of the business, the role is exciting and varied, and allows time in and out of the office. No two days are ever the same!
