Branch Partner, Strood
I started my career with Ward & Partners in November 1996 as a Sales Advisor and have progressed within the company to my current position as Branch Partner in one the largest and most profitable branches.
My role involves visiting clients and listing properties, negotiating sales and overseeing the running of the office. I am also responsible for the motivation of my sales and administrative staff, weekly and monthly reporting of figures, and dealing with any problems that arise.
From day one I received excellent training and support and quickly learnt 'the ropes', working my way up the Ward & Partners career ladder. Working at various branches, including Chatham, I was trained how to market properties and spent 3 years as a Marketing Consultant before being promoted to Sales Manager and then to my position as Branch Manager at Strood in 2001.
