Ward & Partners Profiles
Nicole Bishop
Senior Residential Field Trainer
I’ve just celebrated ten year’s of working for Ward & Partners. Although I am now the Senior Residential Field Trainer I was actually interviewed for secretarial position with Lee Crane the MD for West Kent. However, Lee felt that I would do well with a sales career and therefore when I joined the company I started as a Trainee Sales Advisor instead.
Over the next years I worked hard and trained further to develop along a sales career path and was promoted several times and moved offices several times until my final sales promotion as the new Sales Manager for our Tonbridge branch.
As time progressed, a fantastic opportunity to work within our training department was offered to me as a field trainer to coach new starters and progressing existing staff within the office environment. As I was and still am 100% behind this concept I jumped at the chance and changed roles and put my experience of working through the sales career path and in different offices to good training use.
I have now been in my current position for two and half years, and enjoy every second of it. I enjoy nothing more than watching my trainees achieve their goals, some of them, whom I have trained from the very start of their careers, have worked hard and gone on to be promoted through the ranks and even to Branch Managers! Watching these individuals reach these heights in their careers is the reason I moved across to our training department.
I am passionate about the company I work for and my role within it and therefore would recommend Arun estates to anyone wanting to work hard towards a career for life. The training is second to none, and our team has grown considerably over the past 2 ½ years, we now have a team of 4 field trainers, 3 class room trainers and 2 administers. So no matter what area, brand or branch you work in under Arun Estates, you will have a dedicated field trainer and classroom trainer to help you on every step of the career ladder.
