Ward & Partners in the Community

At Ward & Partners we do not consider ourselves to be typical estate agents as we strongly believe in giving something back to the community.

With a strong desire to support the communities of Kent we launched The Ward & Partners Charitable Trust in 2003 which is administered by the Kent Community Foundation. The main objective of our support is to help children with special needs, both mental and physical and often sadly to say, with life threatening illnesses. It never ceases to amaze us how special these children are and how lucky we are to have the chance of doing something worthwhile, whatever that may be, to put a smile on their faces.

Over the last 3 years we have donated over £700,000 which has been given to make a difference to organisations and individuals alike.
