Ward & Partners Lettings are part of Arun Lettings, the Lettings division of the Arun Estate Agencies Group. We specialise in residential lettings and work on behalf of Landlords to match properties to tenants.
The ARUN ESTATES GROUP is probably better known to you as your local estate agent such as Ward & Partners in Kent, Cubitt & West in Hampshire, Sussex and Surrey & Douglas Allen in Essex & North London. In total the Arun group comprises of a network of 100+ estate agency offices throughout the South East of England making us the largest independent estate agency in this area. By interchanging enquiries we capture the widest audience of potential tenants, thereby increasing the chance of an early let at the best possible rent.

Our lettings staff have extensive experience, knowledge and expertise and work with a dedicated management team, which includes fully trained Property Managers, Credit Control and administrative staff. Many of our staff have undergone full training with ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) courses to ensure that we have a well informed team who are up-to-date with all legal requirements and current legislation. Our Property Inspectors undertake visits and check ins/outs to ensure that all parts of the lettings process run smoothly.
