The landlord you recommend must not be an existing customer of Ward & Partners. The vouchers are payable when their property is let (on the commencement of the lease of their property).

If you have already instructed another agent, the Terms and Conditions of that agreement must be considered before instructing Ward & Partners, to avoid the possibility of being liable for two agents' fees.
