2. A fees free service!
We offer a fees free service to normal credit clients collecting instead, a commission from the lender. We will tell you whatever fees we will receive.
3. A hassle free service!
At MMD we work hard to ensure that all our clients get the individual care and attention they need for a smooth mortgage application; however we understand that on rare occasions things can go wrong! We have therefore, created a thorough complaints procedure in order to ensure that you have someone to talk to if you experience any problems.
Should you have any cause for complaint you should communicate this, in the first instance, to our Complaints Coordinator through the adviser responsible for your mortgage and insurance arrangements or direct to:-

If you cannot settle your complaint with us we will help you to direct your complaint to the appropriate ombudsman.
4. Peace of Mind
We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). The scheme ensures that you are protected and may be entitled to compensation (up to £48,000) from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. Further information about compensation scheme arrangements is available from the FSCS.
We are also members of the Association of British Insurers (ABI), the independent association which establishes and regulates the selling code of practice for intermediaries advising clients on non-investment life assurance contracts. Mortgage Matters Direct adheres to the principles established within this code.

We work with the best partners for non-investment protection products through Legal & General and for property insurance and payment protection products which are arranged through Towergate and St. Andrews respectively.
6. Help with Mortgages for Investment Properties
Should your mortgage requirements relate to an investment property, please ask for the relevant terms of business as these will be different from the standard Terms & Conditions contained in our literature and with experience of investment properties in the UK and worldwide we can help you with these types of financial decisions.
