I run one of our thriving Residential Lettings offices

I’ve been with the company for seven years. I joined without any industry experience and my hard work was quickly recognised with a promotion to Branch Manager within a year.

I’m very driven and my character is to work very hard. I ride horses, which is very competitive and fits in well with the ethos of the company. My success has been recognised with promotions and three awards from the company: Outstanding Lettings Individual, Top Lettings Office and Top Lettings Lister.

I’ve got a very good Area Manager who’s always there if I need him. I’ve never felt on my own as I can always go to someone for advice. I don’t think that I would have been given this level of support by any other company. There’s a good structure to the company with processes that work. They’re always ready to praise people who do well and that drives us to do better. If you snapped me in half you’d find Ward & Partners written through me – I’d never think of moving elsewhere.

We have a company work ethic called the Arun Way. We’ve always worked together very well in close teams but the Arun Way has greatly improved the office atmosphere. People often complain about our industry but we actually get a lot of positive feedback from both tenants and landlords. Not only that, but we get a lot of referrals by people actively recommending us. Their feedback is that we’re the only company to go above and beyond and people appreciate us staying in touch.

This year I'm putting my competitive sporting passion towards supporting our chosen charities by taking part in the Triathlon charity event at Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research Blenheim Palace Triathlon with other members of my branch – I’m doing the swimming across the lake. We also have many other smaller events during the year.
