I’ve been with the company for 7 years. I came from a job in insurance and wanted a new direction. I fell on my feet as a Trainee Sales Executive and have been very happy ever since.

Ward & Partners is the best estate agent to work for if you want to work for a company that looks after you and helps you progress with good training and money incentives. When I went to the interview I had a feeling that Ward & Partners was different. As I didn’t have any previous experience the training and progression on offer was very attractive. There have been opportunities to work my way up and I’m very happy in my current role.

They’ll always help you out if there’s anything you’re struggling with and are very good at pushing you to do your absolute best. They’ve helped me direct my self-motivation. As I didn’t have any experience I couldn’t have achieved what I have without the training. There’s continual development even for the regular tasks to keep them fresh and to find new ways to improve.

The company has recognised my hard work with the Top Sales award two years running. Recognition is big motivator because it tells me I’m doing a good job. We also have Arun Reward points. They’re a good accompaniment to commission because they build up letting you treat yourself to something special.

I can fit my job around my life – I can book viewings at the end of my day and go on my way home. Our managers know when we’ve stayed late to put in the work and can be flexible in return. We work as a close team and go out with each other from time to time to catch up.
