I run the Customer Service Centre

We're the backup for branches, booking the Domestic Energy Assessor Team, following up valuations and making sure someone always picks up the phone. I support the younger people in the call centre and help them progress their careers.

Ward & Partners has been very good to me throughout my career. I joined the company in 1986 as a Trainee Sales Advisor and worked my way up through the ranks to become Branch Manager in four years. After working in Training and Development, I then moved to the Client Service Centre.

I’m proud to work for Ward & Partners and feel very privileged to have been with the company for so long. We have a Premier League management team and a very strong structure. We all support each other and I like the focus on results and targets because it helps measure our success.

I’ve been recognised and rewarded for my hard work with awards and promotions. As you move up the ranks the remuneration package increases. There have also been some very nice company cars over the years and I very much enjoy my current car - an Audi A4.

I am very well supported by all of the directors and I thoroughly enjoy working for them. Importantly, it’s a two way relationship; the company knows that I give everything when I’m here and so when I was taken into hospital once, the company couldn’t have been more supportive or understanding.

There is a lot of charity work both individually and collectively including the annual Children's Awards. We have a very good reputation for giving back to society and supporting people in difficult circumstances. My training at Ward & Partners has made me better at my activities outside of work as a qualified football coach.
