Our mother has lived in this property for approximately 15 years. Already living in Faversham, she was looking to down size and this bungalow suited everything she was looking for. The bungalow is very bright and has a lovely rear garden that gets a lot of sunshine. She really has enjoyed living here.

Over recent years, double glazing and patio doors have been changed and a new boiler was installed approximately 2 years ago. These are two big jobs that will not need to be done for many years to come.
