We chose to live here because we liked the fact it was a new development and because of its location being very convenient for all local amenities. We chose this actual flat because of its easy access, via an alternative entrance, to the town and in general we just felt very secure in the building. Being so close to the bus and train stations has made getting out and about very easy. We have family in the Midlands and due to the excellent transport links it is easy going up to see them. Indeed, our sole reason for selling is the necessity, for family reasons, to relocate back to the Midlands. Folkestone is a great place to live, there is always something going on and the town always looks very good especially the floral displays along The Leas.
