We have enjoyed our time at this property and during the past 18 years we have carried out many improvements to an already solid and secure bungalow in a prime location in the village. The bungalow works well for just the two of us but easily adapts to catering for larger family gatherings. Our garden has been redesigned to be completely secluded and caters very much for wildlife and all year round interest and is low maintenance. The garden room is another great asset. Tyler Hill village has the advantage of an award winning pub The Tyler's Kiln with a lovely garden and a regular bus service to historic Canterbury for shopping and Whitstable on the Kent coast. The Crab and Winkle cycle path and countryside and woodland walks are on our doorstep.
