I initially viewed several apartments within the complex and this one had the best dimensions and layout including a large kitchen and lounge/diner overlooking the tranquil gardens. The property is tucked away in a quiet part of St Peters but still only a short walk from everything I need and surrounded by some of the best schools in the area. I was originally looking for a two bedroom house but found this apartment was more spacious than any of the houses I had viewed in the same price range.

The property and communal areas are extremely well maintained, the apartment is sound-proofed, very safe with security door access and I'm blessed with lovely neighbours who take pride in our environment
