I bought my apartment from new and chose this one because it had an attractive outlook from the balcony off to the hillside and as it is on the back of the building, it is also lovely and cool during the summer months. Another thing that was very important for me was the car park and here it is underneath the block and very secure.

The location is amazing as I am only a short walk away from the bus stop which has a regular service into Hythe and Folkestone. If you enjoy walking then I would definitely recommend either taking a stroll along the seafront or alongside the canal into Hythe, where you will be spoilt for choice if you are looking for something to eat, as there are many restaurants, cafes and pubs.
