I chose to buy this home as it was in such a fantastic location and it was also well regarded and for good reason but also it offered excellent value for money. The location is also fantastic as there is a couple of great pubs nearby as well as recreation ground down the road if you want to wear the kids out. There is also a couple of shops just down the road so it is easy to pick up your essentials. Since owning the home we have done so much here including having a new kitchen and bathroom installed, replaced some windows as well as redecorating throughout and more. The garden is a real sun trap and it is a pleasure to sit out and enjoy the sun here.
