In the time that I have lived here I have done an awful lot of work to my home. It was originally a three bedroom home, but as I only needed two, I removed a wall between the lounge and the dining area giving me a lovely open plan living area. However, if somebody wanted to turn this back into a three bedroom home, it would be very easy to reinstate the wall (subject to the necessary consents). I also had a log burner installed in the lounge, re-fitted the kitchen and enclosed the balcony so this is now a sun room.

This location is great as you can either walk through the woods, or along the canal banks or seafront into Hythe. There is also a regular bus service that runs along Seabrook Road.
