When we stepped through the door of we nicknamed it the Tardis! The annex appealed, as living there gave my teenage daughter a sense of independence, whilst still having the security of living as a family unit. We have loved how the layout can be so flexible, and the ability to offer me an income should I have decided to stay. There has always been lots of opportunity for us to get involved in village life with many events taking place at the village hall. Outdoors we have enjoyed peaceful summer walks across the fantastic Kentish countryside. We have always felt the rural feel of the village, the beautiful walks and views allow a real sense of country living, despite being extremely well located for trips to the continent with Folkestone and the Channel Tunnel a short drive away
