We have lived here for 27 very happy years and when we moved in the bungalow looked nothing like it does today.

In the time that we have been here we have had a new central heating system installed and new windows fitted, we have also had all the gutters and fascias replaced and recently had a new bathroom installed and a large conservatory that we use as our dining room. To help us keep nice and warm we have also had the loft insulated and cavity wall insulation installed. We let our roof out to Homesun which means whilst the solar panels are generating power we get free electricity.

Hopefully the new owner will be able to simply unpack and move straight in.
