This has been our home for approximately the last 8 years; buying here was perfect for us as it had so much space for us as well as when the grandchildren come to stay. Since owning it we had done so much work including installing a new bathroom, new kitchen/breakfast room, fitted wardrobes, new flooring throughout as well as decorating everywhere. The fantastic sized lounge and dining area is perfect for family occasions and we have even had 16 people around for Christmas, with plenty of space for everyone. The garden is a real sun-trap and also due to the location in the cul de sac you can even sit out the front and enjoy the sunshine here too. You could if need increase the amount of parking but we haven’t had the need.
