I have had many happy years here in Ethel Road. The fact that it is in such a convenient location was a huge selling point for me, as was the proximity to the beach, excellent local schools and public transport links. I love the size of the garden and have spent many happy evenings sat outside enjoying a glass of wine in the dying rays of the summer sun.

It’s now time for me to move on and look for something a little smaller as I’m rattling around in the three bedrooms. This house needs a new owner to love it as much as I have. I am sure that you will appreciate the house and its superb location every bit as much as I do.
