We have thoroughly enjoyed living here over the last 16 years and it has been a great place to raise my family. There is an excellent local primary school within walking distance and it is a particularly safe and quiet place to live. One of the attractions of living here are the green areas close by. There is future potential for the home. The garage is connected to the side and this could be converted to a further room with access through from the dining area. This would be subject to the necessary planning permission being obtained). We have made some improvements recently including re-decoration and new carpets in two of the bedrooms upstairs along with the installation of wardrobes which will remain for the new buyers.
