When I bought this home it was perfect for me as it was end of terrace which means I could take things into the garden as well as take the dog out without having to traipse everything through the house. As soon as I walked in I loved the open plan aspect of the lounge as it was a fantastic large room and this is great as when I look after my grandson I can keep an eye on him whilst I cook dinner etc. Having 3 good size bedrooms also was important to me as when family do come to stay there is space for all of them. The position of the home is fantastic as it is quiet here but also close to everything you could possibly need. I even walk the dog to Kearnsney Abbey everyday which is a fantastic stroll from here. It is also easy to walk to a variety of local shops and schools.
