This has been our home for approximately 8 years when we made it our first time buy. We decided to buy it as it was in such a great location but also close to so many local shops and schools and this has been particularly handy as our children go to the school along the road. It is fantastic being able to pop to Connaught Park to let the kids tire themselves out. Although the home needed a bit of updating it had fantastic size rooms and that is why it was perfect for us. Since owning it we have done a lot of updating and also fitted a new boiler, a new bathroom suite, amongst other things. We get sun in the garden throughout the day and it is a great place to enjoy a summer BBQ.
