We purchased this property just over 10 years ago and we were moving and making our next step up the housing ladder. The property was in need of substantial renovation which was something that we were not scared to take on. Since owning the home we have redecorated throughout including new kitchen and bathroom and we are currently installing a downstairs toilet. Our neighbours here are wonderful and having everything only a short distance it is ideal especially if you do not drive. Although we have loved this house we are now looking to take our next step up the housing ladder and hope whoever buys this property enjoys it as much as we have here.
