When I first saw this house, I immediately fell in love with the location. I loved the idea of being in a semi rural setting yet only 10-15 minutes drive away from Faversham. Eastling is a great place to live as it has a lovely country pub where I often bump into some of the locals and my neighbours.

I have also enjoyed many of the fantastic walks that are available locally through orchards and farmland and which can take you to other nearby villages such as Stalisfield or Newnham. There is even a lovely bluebell walk to enjoy at the right time of year.
