I purchased this home approximately 11 years ago. At the time, I was looking for a property that required a lot of work so I could make it into my own family home. Over the years, I have done a lot of the work to the property to include new heating, new re-wiring, kitchen, bathroom and general re-decoration throughout.

I have also had planning permission granted for a single storey extension to the side and rear as well as conversion of the loft. Plans are available for inspection.
