I have lived here for 12 years and I am only moving as I would like to retire and move to a bungalow.

I enjoy working in the garden and have spent a lot of time making it low maintenance. The location is lovely and the neighbours are really friendly. Its a quiet street and a nice area to raise a family.

My home is a sturdy 1950s build with still plenty of opportunity to modernise and make the home how the new owners would want.

I will miss it here but I look am looking forward to my next chapter and I am sure the new owners will enjoy it just as much as I have.
