I grew up in this house and it really is a wonderful place to live. You back directly onto woodland which is part of West Kent golf course making it peaceful and quiet. There is a wide range of wild life living right behind you which often pop into the garden to say 'hello' and in the winter there are wonderful views across the golf course.

The neighbours are lovely and most of them have lived here for a long time and it is ideally placed for local schools, the Cyclopark for keen cyclists and walkers, and for access onto the A2.

We had a new kitchen installed a few years ago and the house was re-wired in 2016. We have also just re-painted throughout. There is also the potential to extend either to the front or to the side, although you should consult an architect and the local council before putting any plans into action.
