We decided to buy this house over other new builds because of its location in Chartfields, being set back from the main road with plenty of greenery in between and also because of the vaulted glass roof in the lounge. We love this feature as it makes the room feel very contemporary and is a great light space to relax in.

The bedrooms were all a good size for our children to be able to play in as well as sleep. Having such a large master bedroom with views to the front and back felt like a luxury and there is plenty of eaves storage that comes in handy.

It's lovely and quiet here and are neighbours are all good.
