We bought this property in 2000 abd have had a wonderful 18 years here. We have always got on well with the neighbours and really like the fact it is in a cul-de-sac location.

We have especially liked being able to take a quick stroll to the beach of a weekend or of an evening while walking the dog. The house has been ideal for us being close to shops as well. We hope the new owners have as many fond memories here as we are taking with us.
