What the owner says

When we first viewed this house, it was the array of living space that attracted us the most. There is so much room to entertain and we saw that the space could also have been used in different ways. The dining room for example is great in the summer and we thought it would be great, especially while enjoying a barbecue with friends. This is a less common style than the majority in the development which we personally prefer as it gives not only that separate room downstairs but a lovely large lounge which I know some people actually use as a big extra bedroom.

The location is lovely, this is great spot with the playing field just over the road which means it feels more spacious and has been ideal for walking the dog!

This town house style home is in a fantastic position within a popular modern development, Great Easthall. What makes this particular house special is its great location – it is part of a small row tucked away from the main part of the development opposite a field and children’s park.
