We have always lived in and around Tonbridge, it’s a great place to live with excellent rail & road links to London and the coast. The schools are also extremely good with the Judd School being one of the best grammar schools in Kent.

Our home was the 4th house we viewed, the size of the property took us completely by surprise, it is a lovely bright property with a big family kitchen and a beautiful sunny garden that isn’t overlooked at all. We knew this would be a family home straight away and the adaptable layout has worked very well to suit our needs. Since living here we have replaced the kitchen and both bathrooms, re-wired, re carpeted and we have upgraded the boiler and rebuilt the chimney.

Our children have now grown up and left home so we are looking to downsize to the coast.
