Having grown up in the area I knew that when the time came to get my first time buy Whitfield would be the area I wanted to buy in.

The home had so much potential when I bought it, approximately 14 years ago, it even had planning permission to extend which has since elapsed. However, getting it again shouldn't be too much of a problem. Living here is fantastic with a lovely community as well getting anywhere from here being easy whether it is via the nearby A2/A256 or even by the adjacent bus stop which is literally on your doorstep.
