What the owner says

You could say that we knew the road well as we actually used to live just three doors up the road. We loved the space that this house offered both inside and out. The garden is not only large but really secure and we’ve put in new gates to the side as well as renewing the driveway which is handy as we have several cars.

Both the hallway and the landing are spacious and we installed a bespoke wood and glass staircase to make the most of the light. All the rooms are a good size and we have updated the kitchen, bathroom and flooring. The kitchen and dining room is where we tend to spend most of our time whether it’s sitting down with the whole family for a meal or taking in the sights of the back garden through the bi-fold doors.

Of course, being so close to the town and the station has been a real advantage. I often work in London so the 37 minute journey makes commuting really easy and it’s so handy being able to walk to the shops as well.
