We were instantly smitten with both the style and size of our home and the smart private development here. Part of a small collection of private homes made all the more exclusive by electric gates at the entrance and the attention to landscaping here.

We have spent money improving our home. For example, we have added quality shutters to windows, keeping the home cool in hot weather and landscaping the large garden which to us is like an outdoor room extension to our living space, where we can relax and enjoy a barbecue.

It is a safe and friendly environment here with river walks, parks and the historic village of Aylesford on the doorstep offers places to visit or eat out.
