We bought this property approximately 4 years ago when we wanted to go up the ladder and get a slightly larger family home and this offered us everything that we would need with both a son and daughter, space was very high on the agenda, we also wanted to be in a quiet location but close to all the amenities as well as having great transport links and Carlsden Close offered us all this and more.

Since owning it with have done so much work including updating a conservatory area to the rear, which gives us extra space for relaxing and entertaining as well as decorating throughout.
