We looked at over 30 properties before we decided this was the home for us. We actually dismissed this one in the first instance as we felt it looked small from the outside. However, after some gentle persuasion from our estate agent we ventured inside and soon realised it was much more roomy than we had expected and it perfectly suited our needs. Since living here we have improved our home by having the porch and conservatory built, upgrading the boiler and recently re-carpeting and re-decorating throughout.

It is an excellent location to live in with some of the most sought after schools nearby, the beach never loses its charm and with the station within easy reach commuting to London couldn't be easier.
