This property was given a total refurb in approximately 2000 renewing everything possible making it an old house with a new inside.

All internal walls have insulated plaster board making the home very easy to keep warm and the acoustic glazing keeps noise to a minimum.

It would be ideal for those with children or pets as they will have more than enough space to enjoy.

We moved here in 2004 and have enjoyed 14 amazing years here but sadly, it is time to down size to a smaller home.
