When we pulled up outside this house we immediately loved the outlook and the tree-lined road and when we went inside we were even more amazed at the amount of space there was on offer. It had good sized living areas and having 4 bedrooms meant that all the kids could have their own space so we knew we just had to have it.

This is a great location and is convenient for everything. There is a supermarket just along the road and with the A2/M2 motorway networks close by and Ebbsfleet and Gravesend railway stations, offering the fast service to London, it is so easy to commute from here.

The rear garden is paved so is maintenance free and the garage has rear access with off street parking as well so there's plenty of space for visitors.

We had some plans drawn up to extend the house and am pleased to advise that planning permission has now been granted so there is a lot more that can be carried out to accommodate the largest of families.
