We brought this property 24 years ago, when we started looking for somewhere this was the only property we looked at. We already knew the area well and this was exactly where we wanted to be as it is close to family and in the catchment area for very good schools.

Since buying our house we have made a lot of changes, we added a conservatory, replaced the kitchen and changed the layout. We merged the bathroom and toilet into one room making a lovely new family bathroom. We also carried out a loft conversion to make more space in the property.

Due to our hobbies we are now looking to find a property with a larger garden and a double garage. We wish the new owners every happiness here as it is a lovely family home.
