We have lived in our home for many years and have raised our family here. The property has been perfect for us, with the children being able to walk to school and the railway station is close by. We are only moving in order to downsize, as it is now too big for just the two of us, but we plan to stay in the local area as we love it so much. Being in a cul de sac, we find it very peaceful and safe, with few cars passing by. We love spending time in the garden and conservatory in the summer months. All of our neighbours are nice and friendly and we hope the new owners enjoy living here as much as we have.
