This has been a great family home and being of modern design it is low maintenance. The playing field is just around the corner and the kids love to play football and basketball.

The new shops are fabulous as we can nip around the corner and grab whatever takes our fancy in Aldi or M&S.

It is easy to get the harbour where we are members of the sailing club. The access to the Thanet way is very handy for commuting.
